Key Responsibilities :
·Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory.
·Explore and develop new markets to expand business opportunities and increase market penetration.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
· Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
·Monitor market trends and competitor movements and provide timely feedback to management.
·Ensure timely delivery of products through effective coordination with distribution channels and relevant stakeholders.
·Address customer complaints and service-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
·Assist in sales forecasting, sales planning, reporting, and market intelligence activities.
·Ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution effectiveness within assigned territories.
·Participate in promotional campaigns, trade activities, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.
·Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and ethical business practices.
·Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
