Job Context:

Meghna Ceramic Industries Limited (MCIL) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MCIL is engaged with producing tiles for wall & floor areas of private and commercial buildings, government institutions, Mosques, etc. MCIL is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance-driven sales team under the flagship brand named `Fresh Ceramics`. Currently, MCIL is searching some highly motivated, proactive, young, and energetic fresh graduates for its sales & marketing department. This position requires frequent retailer visits, corporate client visits, and project visits to achieve sales targets. The incumbents will report to the department head for their duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain a good understanding of the company`s ceramics product line, including features, benefits, and applications to excel in customer engagement.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and driving performance in assigned territories.

  • Identify and target potential clients and businesses in the ceramics sector to maximize sales opportunities and expand market reach.

  • Ensure the coverage of all Fresh Ceramic products in each outlet under the assigned territory to increase customer access to our diverse product range.

  • Provide delighted customer service and ensure that clients receive timely assistance and support of fresh ceramic products.

  • Develop new dealers and corporate-level customers to achieve the monthly sales target.

  • Ensure payment collection from dealers and corporate clients to deliver their products on time.

  • Conduct market research and surveys to identify new selling possibilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products.

  • Keep good trade relationships with dealers and responsible persons so that they can know about our promotional plans and get any product-related help.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and target vs. Achievement reports and submit it to the reporting line head.
