Job Context:
Meghna PVC Ltd. (MPVCL) and Tasnim Chemical Complex Ltd. (TCCL) are sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). These chemical units are engaged in the production of PVC/PET Resin, Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, Hydrochloric Acid, and Liquid Chlorine. We are currently looking for highly motivated, honest, proactive, and energetic individual for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales & Marketing. This role is responsible for managing sales and marketing activities for our chemical unit and will report to the line head.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication to drive retention and trust.
Collect and process local customer orders to meet demand and ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain and update client databases to support effective communication and tracking.
Prepare accurate contracts, invoices, and agreements to ensure smooth sales transactions.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collect payments and documents on schedule to maintain cash flow and resolve disputes.
Analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
Support sales strategies and promotions to boost market presence and sales growth.
Submit regular performance reports to help managers track progress and improve results.
