- BBA/MBA in Marketing or related fields (depending on assigned track).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply

- Basic understanding of textile manufacturing, dyeing, finishing, and fabric types.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Good command of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work under pressure, in shifts (for production), and learn continuously.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Marketing
- Assist in managing existing and potential customer accounts.
- Support in preparing cost sheets, quotations, product samples, and sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with planning, production, and supply chain teams for order execution.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, approvals, product development, and shipment status.
- Maintain sales documentation, CRM data, and regular communication with clients.
- Participate in sales forecasting, business review meetings, and promotional activities.
Production – Pretreatment, Dyeing & Finishing
- Support day-to-day operations in pretreatment, dyeing, and finishing sections.
- Assist in recipe preparation, shade matching, chemical handling, and machine operation.
- Monitor process parameters and report deviations for correction.
- Record production data, machine performance, and operational logs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for smooth workflow.
- Participate in root-cause analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S).
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and environmental standards.
