Job Context:
∎ This program is a development plan designed for highly motivated individuals with qualities of becoming the future leader in the organization.
∎ Upon successful completion of the program, the Management Trainee Officer typically will take on leadership roles based on their strengths and interests catering to the needs of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ End to end merchandising support to the assigned buyers & ensure on time shipment.
∎ Follow up all kind of sample developments and production.
∎ Chasing buyer for proto/development comments.
∎ Booking yarn, accessories & fabric at ERP.
∎ Assisting the SCM team to source trims & accessories as per required standard.
∎ Follow up the suppliers to in-house trims & accessories as per TNA plan.
∎ Follow up production as per approved TNA.
∎ Ensuring smooth communication with buyers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approval
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be eager to learn and explore new ideas, willingness to take ownership and have a strong analytical skill coupled with strong business acumen.
∎ Analytical skills coupled with strategic capabilities.
∎ Excellent communication skills with command in spoken and written English.
