• Applicants having a similar degree from a foreign university with high proficiency in English will be given preference.
• At least 5 years’ experience in microfinance operation or relevant field.
• A diligent, meticulous, agile and confident microfinance professional with a proven track record in microfinance operations.    
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure proposals and recommendations for key decision-making; coupled with ability to take a helicopter overview of situations.
• Self-starter, proactive, and decisive. Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to thrive in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
• A team player who continuously improves self and the people around him/ her.
• Able to remain resilient under pressure while managing various tasks and responsibilities.
• International deployment as an expatriate employee carries relevant salary structure as per the respective entity.
• Excellent verbal/writing communication skills in English.

• Implementation, Supervision and Monitoring of Microfinance program.
• Inspecting Branch office, regional office & District office. Staff Management. Fund Management.
• Program extension/expansion.
• Preparing monthly & annual report.  
• Regulatory and compliance aspects of an operation for an institution
