Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering / B.Sc In Chemical Engineering from any reputed university with good academic track record.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive instructions regularly from SPO/PO for conducting tests/checks for monitoring product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
∎ Compile and interpret results of tests and analyses.
∎ Set up and conduct chemical experiments, tests, and analyses, using appropriate techniques to:
∎ Check new chemicals before using for dyeing.
∎ Check while preparing chemicals in tanks (Ph and redox)
∎ Check the chemicals in bath before running of the machines (Black, Indigo, Ph, Redox, Hydro)
∎ Conduct tests/checks at a given interval (every 20 minutes or any other given interval) to let SPO/PO know the condition of the shade.
∎ Collect and preserve the sample from every beam.
∎ Prepare chemicals with caustic and cetamol to check hydro and indigo.
∎ Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs and by conducting laboratory or plant safety audits.
∎ Prepare necessary chemical solutions for products or processes, following standardized formulas.
∎ Ensure and maintain clean and tidy instruments or equipment and floor and ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Write technical reports or prepare graphs or charts to document experimental results, if required.
∎ Maintain absolute punctuality in terms of daily attendance, over time and leave.
