The selected candidate will work closely with senior brand managers and cross-functional teams, gaining practical experience while developing the competencies required to grow into a future leader within the marketing function.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and TTL (Through-the-Line) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, strengthen market presence, and drive consumer engagement.

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing integrated brand campaigns aligned with organizational objectives, market dynamics, and consumer insights.

  • Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and high-quality implementation of brand initiatives.

  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to analyze consumer behavior, identify emerging trends, and benchmark competitors, translating findings into strategic recommendations.

  • Provide actionable insights to support product positioning, promotional planning, and market entry strategies in alignment with business goals.

  • Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting brand performance metrics, including the preparation of dashboards and periodic reports for senior management.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of brand differentiation strategies to build, strengthen, and sustain long-term brand equity.

  • Support product innovation initiatives, including packaging development, pricing analysis, and promotional planning, to ensure continued market competitiveness.
