Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Your responsibilities will include duties in Production department & sections such as Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Quilting.
∎ Completing all assigned tasks and duties in the different departments, and accumulating knowledge of operations.
∎ Understanding line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies, and practices that affect each phase of business.
∎ Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
∎ Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
∎ Data collection, validation, and presentation.
