Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in relevant subject or equivalent professional / technical qualification
∎ University degree Nutrition with Basic computer knowledge in MS office and internet (Desirable)
∎ Training in CMAM, IYCF, or C-MAMI programming, guidelines, and/ or indicators (Desirable)

Job Context:
∎ To improve the nutritional status of the Rohingya communities who have arrived from Myanmar through the provision of nutrition services .World Concern, with technical support from Medair, implements nutrition services for children under 5 years and pregnant and lactating women.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Uphold World Concern and Medair values and contribute to the wellbeing of the team as an active member.
∎ Follow World Concern and Medair policies, including child protection.
∎ M&E Systems development:
∎ Support Manager in creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
∎ Support the Manager in defining and implementing the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitoring them throughout the duration of the projects.
∎ Assist the Manager in proposing strategies to increase data use and demand among project team
∎ Assist project team and manager in clarifying project information needs.
∎ Support project team on ways to properly document, organize and capture project progress.
∎ Draft tools and their revisions as well as data collection procedures under the supervision of the Manager (eg. logical framework, project performance tracking, indicators, data flow chart)
∎ Support the Manager in reviewing the performance of existing management information systems to help identify potential modifications or resources
∎ Data Collection & Data Entry:
∎ Developing and updating Open Data Kits (ODK) forms to ensure high quality data collection
∎ Keeping ODK training material up to date
∎ Providing practical training for data enumerators and supervisors
∎ Entering data into appropriate forms when necessary
∎ Develop organizational capacity for multimedia and information alerting usage
∎ Creating or personalising data entry systems of various types as directed
∎ Data Protection and Data Management:
∎ Be responsible for data accuracy and data cleaning
∎ Implementing beneficiary data protection protocols
∎ Computer Programming & Tech Development:
∎ Developing technical capacity with new tools and assisting others in the team to follow.
∎ Test, evaluate, and implement new technologies as necessary
∎ Data Analysis, Visualization, and M&E Reporting:
∎ Analyse data to produce relevant indicators
∎ Responsible for monitoring and evaluation reporting
∎ Using GIS, QLIK and other relevant software to produce information visuals
∎ Contribute information visuals to internal and external reporting
∎ Suggest ways to facilitate data collection and the flow of data within project field teams.
∎ Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and management systems and propose solutions along with the Manager.
∎ Perform regular field visits to ensure the quality of data collected by project team and to verify the accuracy of reported data.
∎ Support and participate in project evaluation and reporting
∎ Communication & Training:
∎ Regular team communication and contribution
∎ Recruit, train and manage teams of enumerators
∎ Attend internal and external training sessions as required
∎ Quality Management:
∎ Follow appropriate IM standards and integrate lessons learned into the projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant professional experience working with information management (1 year)
∎ Experience using data for reporting purposes
∎ Experience in use of tablets & smartphones and associated software
∎ Previous NGO experience
∎ experience in monitoring and evaluation (Desirable)
∎ Experience with data analysis packages data collection (Desirable)
∎ Experience with nutrition, CMAM, IYCF, or C-MAMI programming (Desirable)
∎ Written and spoken Bangla and English
∎ Advanced written and spoken English (Desirable)
∎ Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
∎ Problem solving ability.
∎ Aptitude, willingness and ability to learn data analysis and data management packages
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Experience with IT troubleshooting (Desirable)
∎ Experience using ODK (Desirable)
∎ Advanced computer programming skills (Desirable)
∎ Advanced data management (i.e., SQL, Qlik, etc) (Desirable)
∎ Desire to serve the refugee community
