∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with factory production team to understand business requirements and execute best solutions to meet targets and report to MD.
∎ Collect, review, and analyze department reports to ensure strategic goals and objectives are being met and report MD.
∎ Daily check all corresponding of MD, important documents, mail and inform timely.
∎ Maintaining all kinds of correspondence and update all information.
∎ All kinds of notice drafting and respond to queries as per policy of the company, dealing with appointments, and all types of reports and convey feedback from management.
∎ Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the MD match his requirements.
∎ Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in.
∎ Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD.
