• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a plastic, textile, or FIBC manufacturing plant.

• Strong knowledge of extrusion, weaving, and finishing machinery.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

• Hands-on skills with mechanical tools, welding, and fabrication (preferred).

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bangla is a pre-requisite.

• Advance efficiency on MS Word, Excel & Power point.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of FIBC production machinery (tape extrusion lines, circular looms, printing machines, lamination, cutting, sewing machines, etc.)

• Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.

• Ensure proper installation, alignment, and calibration of mechanical parts and equipment.

• Monitor machine performance and maintain records of maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with the production team to plan maintenance schedules without disrupting operations.

• Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and ensure timely procurement.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards.

• Support process improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Available to work in shifts and respond to emergencies for 24/7.
