Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines.
- Keep operation logbooks updated.
- Manufacture and repair spare parts using appropriate machining tools.
- Develop technical skills and experience in mechanical operations.
- Assist with urgent maintenance or production requirements as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 to support quality and food safety standards.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the authorities.
