Prior experience in telesales, club, banks, call centers, hospitality, BPO would be preferred.
Must possess strong oral fluency in English and Bengali.
Must possess leadership qualities and good analytical & presentation abilities.
Should be hard working, extensive time management skills, honest, sincere and must be able to adapt to various situations and scenarios.
Age not exceeding 26 years.

Key Responsibilities:
Have to keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a pleasing personality.
Must be well groomed and disciplined.
Should be able to interact with high profile customers.
Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times.
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
Explain products or services and prices and answer questions from customers.
Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards and lists purchased from other organizations.
