Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies
∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply chain,Logistics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Space management of distribution hub: calculate and plan based on the type of goods being received based on the issued PO and requested GIK to the donor.
∎ Transport management: have a clear idea of the route map of all distribution points considering the distance between the origin and destination.
∎ Calculate the desired transit time to avoid delay.
∎ Ensure the availability of transportation and warehousing resources.
∎ Identify the potential disruptions to the supply chain and have an alternative plan.
∎ Plan and maintain safety stock.
∎ Ensure stock management procedures (stock cards, records, filing, and identification) at the distribution hub.
∎ Ensure proper identification of all arrival/departure material (quantity, quality, and delivery);
∎ Responsible for preparing reports for Distribution Hub inventory to the line supervisor;
∎ Responsible for organizing FH Distribution Hubs and stores by maintaining accurate and systematic storage of stock.
∎ Oversee and maintain cleanliness upkeep both within and outside Distribution Hub premises. Maintain a workable cleaning rotation for within and outside the area;
∎ Ensure correct preparation of deliveries (waybills, GRN's etc.);
∎ Respect FH and donors physical stock management requirements (organization, cleaning, ventilation);
∎ Ensure that all goods are packed safely and segregated according to their nature.
∎ Ensure receipt of goods is in good order as described on the purchase order & requisition ensuring relevant technical advice for receiving goods of a specific technical nature.
∎ Organize the loading/unloading of store goods when dispatched to projects.
∎ Ensure secure storage of all assets in the stores, office, and other facilities.
∎ Responsible for receiving assets, inspecting, and verifying all incoming FH assets and supplies.
∎ Conduct periodical and annual inventory counting and report to the line management according to FH procedures, including ensuring all field office locations maintain appropriate standards and procedures.
∎ Keeps track of all asset and equipment movements and updates asset and equipment registers.
∎ Conduct weekly inventory of stock and ensure that stock cards are created, up-to-date, and accurate.
∎ Keep inventories ledger up to date.
∎ Carry out regular stock reconciliation and report any discrepancies to the line supervisor.

∎ Assists in compiling daily stock reports for the line supervisor.

∎ Age 25 to 45 years

∎ Strong people management skills / interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach and mentor staff and volunteers.
∎ Comfortable and persuasive when speaking in both large and small groups.
∎ Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and across organizational and cultural boundaries.
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.
∎ Ability to travel up to 50% of time per year to all field locations.
