∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in the field of Protection activities with a focus on Integrated Community Center Services for Rohingya community under UNHCR project.
∎ Must have proven experience in managing similar types of projects successfully.
∎ The candidate should have ability to work independently & must have experience of team management Strong analytical, problem-solving, Conflict Management and decision-making capabilities, Diplomacy, tact & negotiation, implementing comprehensive organizational development projects and work experience with UN sector approach at field implementation level.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and reporting skills in English and effective interpersonal and negotiation skills, proven through successful interactions with all levels of stakeholder groups.
∎ The candidate should have willingness and ability to work in hardship environments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor Community Centre Volunteers, Centre Guards, Cleaners Be responsible for community centre management, cleaning, and overall security of the CC.
∎ Set up Community center at designated location from 09:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs, 5 days a week.
∎ Record community center activities in register book.
∎ Compile reports on community center activity; maintain all activities in different register book.
∎ Provide logistic support to run CC smoothly, if necessary contact his/her supervisor for requisition.
∎ Maintain daily reports for CC in absence of the Community Centre Supervisor.
∎ Share key messages and information verified by UNHCR staff and the CWC working group.
∎ Ensuring outreach to the community hence promoting the awareness of the community center in the area of operation.
∎ Work closely with the established community structure as well as working with Imams, teachers, women groups, youth groups, and persons with disabilities, among others.
∎ Monitor the Centre needs of the community providing life-saving messaging/ and initiating awareness session when necessary.
∎ Sharing updated weekly and monthly report of the community center.
∎ Implementing difference activities among the community people with ensuring the community engagement.
∎ Conduct FGD on monthly basis finding new needs of the community.
∎ Group and facilitate regular meetings with the group members to motivate them to participate in the awareness-raising activities for the community.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
∎ Supervise CC activities Based on target, Process, and current status.
∎ Supervise and support to outdoor and block-level group (Women, girls and youth group) in conducting regular activities.
∎ Identify challenges of CC in activity implementation and work to ensure best solution for the challenges.
∎ Ensure all kinds of logistics and administrative support for CC to facilitate daily activities smoothly.
∎ Prepare and submit Requisition for all kinds of materials needed (Sports materials, Stationary, Office Maintenance, and others)
∎ Arrange program for Day observation on various national and international days.
∎ Attend Monthly Protection sector coordination meetings and general coordination meetings.
∎ Keep coordination with other sectors to ensure support for PoCs as per their need.
∎ Arrange community consultation meeting (as per UNHCR requirement).
∎ Any other additional activities assigned by supervisor.
