Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will responsible for the quality of the MEAL works, ensuring that it captures the impact, outcomes, outputs, and activities of the project with the aim of optimizing the performance, enhancing the organizational culture and ensuring that all relevant areas.
∎ Assist MEAL Officer to produce an overall analysis of the effect/impact through monitoring and evaluation. S/He also responsible to collect data regularly to measure achievements against the target and performance indicators.
∎ Analyze data to track progress towards project goals.
∎ Developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans.
∎ Conducting field visits to assess project implementation.
∎ Facilitate the documentation of lessons learned and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
∎ Contribute to the creation of knowledge products, case studies, and success stories.
∎ Maintain, monitoring and analysis the data which is collect from MEAL tools by the programme staff.
∎ Support in programme reporting.
∎ Preparing reports and other documentation to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
∎ Overall, the Assistant MEAL Officer plays a key role in enhancing the project's effectiveness, accountability, and learning through systematic monitoring and evaluation processes.
