Education:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Social Science/ Development studies/ Public Health from any recognized university with good academic results. Applicants with 3rd class in any level of education will not be considered.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in health programs in any national/international NGO will be given preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas(s): ** Health & hygiene,** Nutrition,** Mother & child health care
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
∎ Team-oriented and able to work with a diversified group of people.
∎ Analytical and Multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines consistently
∎ Understanding organizational goals and objectives and operating programs accordingly.
∎ Good skills in training design and facilitation, report writing ability both in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in computer using, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the internet, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to head office and field-level team members in the implementation of Health-related activities at the community level.
∎ Design/assist in developing different health programs, events, and training materials to meet the goals of the social services program of the organization.
∎ Regular on-site monitoring of the program activities, and sessions and support implementation of jointly developed plans.
∎ Follow up sessions and activities, maintain records, and provide necessary support to field team members.
∎ Capacity Building of assigned field team members on different initiatives, and strategies of health programs of the organization.
∎ Assist in the preparation of budgets for different health projects and oversee the expenditures.
∎ Work closely with other managers, vendors, and financial supporters in developing, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to budgets.
∎ Keep learning and networking with other organizations doing health programs in the working areas of MSS.
∎ Build and maintain reliable partnerships and healthy relationships with the community, other organizations, donors/sponsors, and government agencies.
∎ Document program experiences and lessons effectively and sharing with other team members.
∎ Prepare reports independently and provide support in the preparation of different reports and also presentations based on reports to the senior management of the organization to keep them informed about ongoing activities and health program development.
∎ Provide support in the preparation of different presentations on programs’ activities to national and international visitors.
∎ Willing to work in any natural disaster or emergency anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Participate in meetings, trainings, seminars, and workshops (at national & international level) as desired by the program and organization.
∎ Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (with need-based field visit)
∎ Major responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Salary: Tk. 22,000 - 25,000 (during probation)
∎ 02 Festival bonuses, Mobile bill, Annual increment

∎ "Staff Welfare Fund" to cover death benefits and medical expenses for self and family
∎ Two weekly holidays and all other govt. holidays
