Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ 3–6 years of hands-on experience with livestock & poultry farms.
∎ Strong understanding of animal diseases, nutrition, breeding, and health protocols.
∎ Experience working with commercial-scale farms is highly preferred.
∎ Good communication skills in English; Russian language proficiency is a plus.
∎ Physically fit and adaptable to different climates and environments
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases in livestock (cattle, goat, poultry).
∎ Conduct regular health checkups, vaccinations, and parasite control programs.
∎ Maintain medical records and prepare treatment plans.
∎ Ensure biosecurity and hygiene standards are strictly followed on farms.
∎ Feeding, breeding, and daily care routines of animals.
∎ Implement improved breeding techniques for genetic quality improvement.
∎ Optimize feed formulation for enhanced productivity and health.
∎ Provide training to local farmworkers on livestock care and farm operations.
∎ Plan and manage the cultivation of fodder crops to ensure a sustainable feed supply.
∎ Soil testing and crop selection to support livestock nutrition.
∎ Implement sustainable farming practices to enhance productivity.Production & Performance Monitoring:
∎ Monitor animal growth, milk yield, meat production, egg production, etc.
∎ Analyze production data and generate performance reports.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for livestock operations.
∎ Lead and coordinate with veterinary technicians, farmhands, and agricultural workers.
∎ Report regularly to senior management with field updates and strategic input.
∎ Liaise with suppliers, veterinary labs, and government bodies when necessary.
