∎ Skills Required: Experience in Dairy Farm is must.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Breeding, animal husbandry, Experience in Dairy Farm is must., Farm Management, Veterinarian, veterinary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently carry out activities of large livestock's shed.
∎ In depth knowledge on animal husbandry.
∎ Maintain stocks of chemical, medicines, vaccines and disinfectants.
∎ Practical knowledge on proper method of livestock & poultry firming.
∎ Control of pests and diseases.
∎ Make seasonal contingency plans based on climates.
∎ Establish strong supply chain to sell livestock & poultry in local and global market.
∎ Assist in the coordination of livestock needs and activities such as procedural changes, storage, grading, and logistical processes.
∎ Gather data to generate analytical report in various fields of livestock & poultry firming, as well as stock & inventory reports.
∎ Prepare financial and operational documents and analyze market conditions.
∎ Maintain liaison and build a network with line Dept., local Govt. and administration.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have to stay at the Netrokona Project Site and maintain progress report monthly.
∎ Applicant Should have Experience in Livestock sector and have to work at Netrokona Project Site of the Company
