Additional Requirements:
  • Strong willingness to work in field-based and rural environments.

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with farmers

  • Physically fit for regular farm visits and field activities

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned working area.

  • Motorcycle riding skill is mandatory; valid driving license preferred.

  • Local candidates from the assigned areas will be given preference



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide regular on-field technical support to poultry/livestock farmers

  • Monitor daily farm operations, bird/animal health, growth, and overall performance

  • Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and contract farming guidelines

  • Supervise vaccination programs and strictly enforce biosecurity measures

  • Identify disease risks and take timely preventive and corrective actions

  • Conduct post-mortem examinations to determine causes of mortality and recommend corrective measures

  • Monitor feed usage, wastage, and FCR, and advise on performance improvement

  • Collect, maintain, and submit accurate farm and production-related data

  • Conduct regular farm visits and prepare field performance reports

  • Train farmers on modern poultry/livestock management practices

  • Support chick placement, batch initiation, and batch closing activities

  • Maintain strong relationships with farmers and local stakeholders

  • Coordinate with feed, hatchery, sales, and finance teams as required

  • Ensure compliance with animal welfare standards and company policies
