Job Context:
∎ Our established lower-court litigation team is looking to hire an Advocate with 1-2 years of court-room advocacy experience as soon as possible.
∎ Newly licensed lawyers are welcome to apply. Applicants without a license to practice will NOT be considered.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day proceedings of a large and diversified portfolio of cases including Artha Rin suits, cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and land-based lawsuits. Candidates must also draft necessary pleadings, court documents and reports updating our institutional clients about their cases.
∎ This is a court AND chambers-based role, meaning that the applicant must be willing to travel to the chambers to complete office work after each day in the Dhaka Judges' Court Complex, Sadarghat, Dhaka. Our office is located near the Banglamotor intersection.
