Job Context:
∎ Reaching People in Need is a foreign funded national organization seeking competent individuals to apply for the Liaison Coordinator position. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, RPN, Dhaka the Liaison Coordinator will lead the programme team and assist the Executive Director in developing new project concepts and proposals and in monitoring the performance of programme in achieving programmatic and financial objectives. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates. The main responsibilities are: i. Liaison with donor for fundraising initiative and proposal development, ii. Development of strategic plan, emergency response plan, different management manuals for upgrading organizational capabilities, iii. Development in planning, monitoring/evaluation and reporting.
∎ RPN is looking for suitable candidates for the Liaison Coordinator position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability for fundraising initiative and proposal development. Demonstrated experience in project proposal development and project engagement.
∎ Proven experience in all phases of programme /project development, management and implementation is essential, including planning, execution, M&E, and technical and financial reporting.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to meet and deliver deadlines;
∎ Strong presentation and communication skills and fluency in written & spoken Bangla and English and computer literacy.
∎ Demonstrated ability to write excellent, high quality technical reports, within tight deadlines is essential.
∎ Capability of development or updating strategies and identify the most appropriate programme interventions aligned with organizations' mandate, vision and operational contexts.
