Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Skills Required: Company Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Legal Affairs

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consult and handle company registration and formation processes (e.g. Company Registration, Company RJSC Registration, Foreign Company Registration, VAT, Tax and Customs Matters, Trademark, Patent, Copyright Registration, BSTI License, Foreign Company Incorporation).
∎ Consult and handle local, foreign & joint venture investment process in Bangladesh.
∎ Draft, prepare, review and edit legal documents, contracts and commercial agreements.
∎ Consult and handle corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, trademarks, patent, online & offline business transactions, taxation, agreements).
∎ Represent the company in any legal matters as & when required.
∎ Review global privacy and data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and apply legal concepts to business and data constructs and processes.
∎ Ensure all online and offline contracts, policies and procedures adhere to the latest regulations and laws.

∎ Age at most 35 years
