Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she should be able to provide the much-needed legal assistance while dealing with some particular legal tasks, litigations, contracts, dispute resolution and guide the client on taking an appropriate decision;
∎ He/she should be skilled enough to come out with a desired outcome from the client's point of view. He/she should be able to take correct decisions and provide the necessary professional support;
∎ He/she will have to advise whether all the proceedings of the organization are in compliance with the requirements of the legislation;
∎ He/she will have to supervise, analyze ,and research the implication of laws, legislation, etc., that may affect the organization;
∎ He/she will have to advise the organization so that there is minimum legal exposure and liability;
∎ He/she will have to prepare agreement drafts and correspondent with various department /concerned authority;
∎ Will have to oversee all company pending and upcoming litigations (cases)
∎ May be required to take approval from different regulatory bodies such as RJAC, NBR etc.
∎ Ensure vetting of various legal documents National and international;
∎ He/she will have to be well acquainted with Land Purchase, asset purchase and the legal matters associated to it.
∎ He/she will have to coordinate with different legal and company affairs related authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 10 years of experience in dealing with above mentioned issues and areas.
