Responsibilities & Context:
Firoza Bashar Ideal College is seeking a qualified and dedicated Lecturer – Chemistry for both SSC and HSC levels.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting Chemistry classes as per the NCTB curriculum, preparing questions, evaluating exam scripts, and actively participating in academic activities.
The applicant must have a strong command of the subject, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for teaching.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular Chemistry classes (SSC & HSC level) following NCTB syllabus
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging lectures
- Create and evaluate question papers and exam scripts
- Maintain students performance records
- Participate in academic meetings, guardians' meetings, and co-curricular activities
- Provide additional academic support as needed
- Maintain discipline and academic environment in class
