Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage rent/lease of apartments/ commercial units
∎ Customer/tenant screening, assessment, and due diligence
∎ Plan, prepare and conduct operations of the secondary business (buy/sell used apartment)·
∎ Maintain a strong closing ratio of sales calls or success rate & encourage prospective tenants to lease from SHL
∎ Prepare and manage proper paperwork and lease agreements
∎ Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks
∎ Collect deposits and rental payments from the lessors
∎ Answer all the queries received from different communication channels
