Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure consistent and sustainable growth through efficient management of overall
∎ sales operations by providing necessary strategic input.
∎ Implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up and
∎ evaluation.
∎ To achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, profitability and market
∎ share by maintaining adjudicative & satisfactory relationship with dealer & customer.
∎ Develop sales plan to achieve monthly and yearly sales target by leading a big sales
∎ team of the assigned division.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors activities
∎ and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales.
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive
∎ availability of products across the area.
∎ Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the area are
∎ properly implemented to support the sales team.
∎ Analyze market & consumer trend, to collect information on the growing needs, to
∎ identify consumer and product category, as the future source of growth.
