Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample Request Receive as per tech pack from PD/ Merchandiser.
∎ Check the quality of sample and standardize production quality through programming and monitoring.
∎ Planning & dividing the works of production and make aligned the individual works with programming.
∎ Make sample pattern / design swatch and make size set for bulk production in line with sample programming.
∎ Making Sample and production programming by equalization of job in line with workload.
∎ Trouble shooting of rejection and mitigate in align with programming/production.
∎ Feed sample programming job output to production technician through awareness/training programs, helping technician to set up production machine to optimize production.
∎ Develop of new design/ structure for more customization of sweater, lead time reduce and smooth/uninterrupted production.
∎ Ongoing Staff supervision & coaching in line with department objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in related of production/programmer/operating capability Sector.
