∎ Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

∎ Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and industry compliance standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Lead Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to optimize production operations to meet business objectives.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resources. Achieving daily and monthly production
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
∎ Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train production staff to maximize productivity and performance.
∎ Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee raw material procurement and inventory control to prevent shortages or overstock.
∎ Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to streamline operations.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management.
∎ Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ Technology Utilization: Leverage automation and modern manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency.
