∎ Minimum Bachelor from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and lead an efficient team of time bound support functionality
∎ Responsible for merchant lifecycle management, training, customer and channel campaigns, reporting & analysis, and device management.
∎ Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders
∎ Develop and contribute to establishing practical and customer centric internal and external SOPs and SLAs
∎ Strategic planning and execution of planned activities with timelines
∎ Identifies improvement scope and engage in cross functional deliverables.
∎ Identifies scope for technical/product integrations, device deployments and ensures executions as per plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in related fields
∎ Minimum 4 years of team lead experience
∎ Sound knowledge in Advanced Excel & Office packages
∎ Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Critical Problem-solving and fast decision-making approach in any agile, and accountable situation
∎ Strong adaptability to multitask in a deadline-driven work environment
∎ Sound knowledge in lifecycle management, data driven decision making, technical product and device management
