∎ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential sponsors from different sectors.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring they receive exceptional value and exposure through our events.
∎ Leverage extensive network of contacts and clients among all industries to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
∎ Collaborate with the event management team to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of gaming events.
∎ Ensure that all aspects of the event, including sponsor activations and client engagement, run smoothly and meet or exceed expectations.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the gaming and event space.
∎ Help in designing pitch deck and idea proposition.
∎ Assist in the development and management of budgets for sponsorship deals and event execution.
∎ Monitor expenses and ensure that all activities are within budgetary constraints.
∎ Supervise advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
∎ Lead the sales and business development team, to ensure smooth operations and increase the number of potential clients or partners.
∎ Generate regular reports and provide detailed updates on sponsorship acquisition efforts, client relationships, and event performance.
