∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in esports, tech, or related industries.
∎ Strong understanding of the esports/gaming ecosystem in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
∎ Passion for esports and gaming is a plus!

∎ Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing partnerships with sponsors, brands, and gaming stakeholders.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Discovery One’s esports events and services.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitors, and gaming industry developments to identify business opportunities.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
