Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Laws (LLB) & Master of Laws (LLM) from any reputed University. Bar-at Laws are encouraged to apply.
∎ Enrolled in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1 to 3-year(s) practicing experience in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
∎ Experienced in conducting Artha Rin and Negotiable Instruments Acts cases will get preference.
∎ Skilled in drafting petitions, affidavits, applications, contracts and other legal documents.
∎ Extensive legal research.
∎ Communicating with the clients, conducting initial meetings with the clients, taking down details, receive documents, keeping in touch with clients and follow-up.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a professional manner

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent writing skills English as well as Bangla.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge with computers.
∎ Must have good typing skills
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information
∎ Must have working experience in any Corporate Law Chamber.
∎ Applicants have to possess a positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Applicants must be able to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Monthly remuneration is negotiable depending on experience.
