Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with all administrative and clerical matters.
∎ Deal with clients in relation to bill collection.
∎ Deal with all Human Resources matter
∎ Assist in recruitment.
∎ Maintaining employee HR files.
∎ Arrange and coordinate all external and internal office events.
∎ Assist in daily activities like conducting meetings, writing notes.
∎ Prepare drafts of various official letters, emails, etc.
∎ Arrange official appointments and meetings.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Core Accounts Knowledge, General Administration, HR and compliance
∎ Applicant must have good knowledge and excellent computer typing skills
