Enrolment with Bangladesh BAR council as an Advocate.
Minimum 5 years practices as Advocate in any BAR.
Strong knowledge of the following laws and regulations is essential: Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Negotiable Instruments Act, Registration Act, Contract Act, Bank companies Act, Financial Institutions Act, Company Law, Labour Law.
Age should not exceed 45 years as of 30 October 2025.

Primarily, the company received license from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) to act as a Merchant Bank in 1998. Subsequently obtained license from Bangladesh Bank in 2001 as a first-generation Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI). The company is listed with Dhaka & Chittagong Stock Exchanges. It is also involved with capital market of the country through its subsidiary: FAS Capital Management Limited.
