• Master of Law (LLM)

• LL.M. degree from a reputed university.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leasing, Investment/Merchant Banking

• Age At most 45 years

• Enrolment with Bangladesh BAR council as an Advocate.

• Minimum 5 years practices as Advocate in any BAR.

• Strong knowledge of the following laws and regulations is essential: Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Negotiable Instruments Act, Registration Act, Contract Act, Bank companies Act, Financial Institutions Act, Company Law, Labour Law.

• Age should not exceed 45 years as of 30 October 2025.
