• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline

• Candidates with 4-8 years’ experience in banking, credit risk, or financial analysis will have an advantage.

• Knowledge of credit appraisal, financial statement analysis, and transaction monitoring.

• Familiarity with banking regulations, lending practices, and risk management guidelines.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and banking software.

• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports for management and legal purposes. 

• Data mining and analyzing transactions of the classified accounts especially for Foreign Exchange, Export Finance Division, Corporate and Large Loan portfolios, along with other banking operations.

• Contribute to the litigation process by reports, briefs, and analyses by drafting credit summaries, reviewing documentation, and assisting lawyers in preparing plaint/Petition of cases.

• Representing the Bank as a plaintiff/complainant in the Artha Rin suits and/or NI Act cases.

• Review of delinquent accounts and coordinate with the Bank’s appointed lawyers/law firms regarding litigation-related activities.
