∎ Experience in Civil and Criminal Court Practices
∎ Must have a good understanding of land related documents
∎ Ability to draft and review legal matters
∎ Ability to handle NI related cases
∎ Candidates must be sincere and honest having an attitude of doing hard work

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the cases filed on behalf of or against the company.
∎ Handle law enforcing agencies, government, semi-government or autonomous bodies for a personnel-related legal dispute.
∎ Handle and monitor the litigation in connection with all the project land and/ or any other properties of the company.
∎ Drafting & vetting of legal contracts / agreements / documents to ensure alignment with government laws and internal policies
∎ Manage all kinds of Trade Mark related issues.
∎ Handle employment-related legal disputes.
∎ Credit Recovery from the defaulter customers through necessary legal action
∎ To ensure vetting and verification of land related documents
