Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for land survey, measurement, Land document, checking & searching in local land office.
∎ To prepare the Land Investigation Report.
∎ To prepare the complete Title Chain of the land file & others.
∎ Collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with the proper market survey.
∎ Proper land measurement and providing actual information to management.
∎ Checking all types of land measuring documents.
∎ Communicate with the potential landowner and arrange meeting with the Management.
∎ Able to maintain and develop strong relationship with Govt. offices such as civil court, union land office, AC land office, Surveyor office, Settlement office, Registration office, DC office, and other agencies.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be provided according to the company policy.
