Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit project areas and search suitable land for purchase & establish contact with land owners.
∎ Fair Knowledge of land deeds, mutation, porcha, land measurements, and different surveys (DCRs) i.e. CS, SA, RS, BS, Title Deed, Baya Deed, Khatians, Dags, commissioning etc.
∎ Collect all land-related documents like Dolil, via dolil, khotian, porcha, succession certificates, possession, Mutation-related documents, Case documents (if any) etc.
∎ Verify the current land price, deed of the land, Dagh number accuracy of the proposed land.
∎ Negotiating prices with sellers to achieve the best price while still maintaining profitability goals.
∎ Coordinating with lawyers, appraisers, mediators, and other specialists to complete land acquisition deals.
∎ Coordination with the accounts department for land purchases.
∎ Any other job assigned from time to time by the honorable management authority.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for an excellent experienced individual for the role of land sourcing (acquisition) officer who will be responsible for finding suitable land for companies to buy as well as conducting land analysis, market research and feasibility reports, where he has strong and proven experience in land sourcing (acquisition) and negotiation.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
