∎ Graduation from a public / recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with the people in project area for the purpose of purchasing land.
∎ Examine the documents and fix the title of ownership to be purchased land.
∎ Proficient knowledge in land Related laws.
∎ Liaison with the office of AC (land).
∎ Liaison with the office of Sub-Registrar.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the company from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in survey and settlement and land purchase from any high reputed land Development Company.
∎ Age Limit: 29-34 years. Relax able in case of highly experienced candidate.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Manage team members well
