Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the successful acquisition of land for joint venture projects
∎ Build and maintain strong relationship with landowners, government authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth land procurement process
∎ Negotiate and secure land purchase agreement
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management on land procurement progress and challenges
∎ Ensure all land acquisitions comply with local laws and regulations
Compensation & Other Benefits:
