Educational Requirements:
∎ 3 (Three)years diploma from any government medical training institute (IHT)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Management:
∎ Maintaining daily patients register for Pathology.
∎ Submits Report to the Report delivery section, indoor & outdoor doctors on duty.
∎ Sample collection of blood, urine, sputum and stool when needed.
∎ Maintain Sterility & Cleanliness of Lab & Collection room
∎ Technical responsibilities:
∎ Monthly requisition of reagents, Stationaries, Chemicals & Consumable items for pathology lab.
∎ Informing Hospital Manager about any problem with the equipment.
∎ Making monthly report and send it to hospital director.
∎ Roster duty.
∎ Any work assigned as per advice from higher authority.
∎ Quality Assurances:
∎ General Maintenance and cleanliness of the laboratory
∎ Maintain & monitor infection prevention procedures as per protocol.
∎ Client care issues:
∎ Need to show empathy to the patient during performing any procedure
∎ Need to explain all the procedure and treatment to the patient
∎ Working environment:
∎ The own service area will be his or her own responsibility, everything related to this room will be his or her own duty and accountability to be fulfilled.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical 2 years’ Experience in NGOs and recognized Clinics / Hospitals will be treated as additional qualification.
∎ Minimum 1(One) to 2(two) years working experience in the same profession from any medical college hospital or any recognized hospital/clinics.
