Responsibilities & Context:
Collect and preserve patients’ biological samples including blood, urine, stool, sputum, and others.
Perform Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Serology tests.
Properly operate and maintain laboratory equipment (Microscope, Analyzer, Centrifuge, Autoclave, etc.).
Provide accurate test reports to assist in diagnosis.
Deliver test reports to doctors and patients on time.
Maintain laboratory sanitation and strictly follow biosafety protocols.
Ensure Quality Control and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in all laboratory tests.
Collaborate with other hospital teams as required.
Maintain professional and compassionate behavior with patients and their families.
Take prompt action in emergency testing situations.
