Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Job Context:
∎ Overall position objective:
∎ IDFL technicians are regarded as the gold standard in the industry and much time and effort is spent in training analysts to work with precision, speed and accuracy.
∎ Content and species tests require attention to detail and long periods of time in a chair.
∎ Fill Power testing requires lifting of of boxes of down and steaming
∎ Textile and lab testing requires competency and understanding of test methods and requirements.
∎ All tests require attention to detail, good vision and willingness to learn and grow.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform testing and be proficient in Content, species, Fill Power, wet lab and textile testing
∎ Enter applications and test result data into database and provide final reports.
∎ Assist with lab equipment inventory, maintenance and calibration
∎ Work requires long time in a chair, with intense focus on materials and speed is necessary.
Salary: Negotiable
