Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for H&M all Production, Counter & Wash Test sampling, Report writing, sharing, Report & Sample Keeping in conjunction with In charge.
∎ 2. Responsible for Lab Accreditation Process with H&M.
∎ 3. Responsible for Update H&M Document File & Sharing in conjunction with In charge.
∎ 4. Responsible for all Trims of Development, Counter, and Production stage testing reporting & Documentation in conjunction with In charge.
∎ 5. Responsible to communicate with H&M office any testing related issue in conjunction with In charge.
∎ 6. Responsible to support H&M Development manager to Developing New Product about fulfill quality parameters in conjunction with In charge.
∎ 7. Responsible to share product specification, FTD , PORA & ORA with H&M in conjunction with In charge.
∎ 8. Responsible to send counter & Production sample 3rd party according to ORA & H&M routine.
∎ 9. Responsible to do monthly summery of 3rd party test report in conjunction with In charge..
∎ 10. Responsible to do root cause analysis if any failure occur in conjunction with In charge.
∎ 11. Responsible to perform Bellow test according to ORA
∎ 1. CF to household laundering (H&M TM CF:03)
∎ 2. CF to dry rubbing/ wet rubbing (ISO 105x12 )
∎ 3. D/S to house hold laundering (H&M TM LA:03 )
∎ 4. Twisting (H&M TM LA:02)
∎ 5. Appearence after 1 & 5 time wash (H&M TM LA:02)
∎ 6. CF to water (ISO 105 E01)
∎ 7. CF to perspiration (ISO 105-E04)
∎ 8. CF to phenolic yellowing (ISO 105X18)
∎ 9. Nickel (prEN12471)
∎ 10. pH (ISO3071:2005)
∎ 11. Pilling resistance- Martindale (ISO 12945-2)
∎ 12. Tensile Strength (ISO 13934-2)
∎ 13. Tear Strength (ISO 13937-2 )

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ H&M Label 3 Lab Accreditation Certificate
