Skills Required: Lab Maintaining,Lab testing
Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 45 years
Proven track records are required to operate the tissue culture lab.
Hands-on experiences in potato seed production and good networking capacity.
Responsibilities & Context:
Day to Day Operation of Tissue Culture Lab.
Explant Selection & Meristem Culture.
Ensure high-quality and disease-free plantlet production.
Contamination protection and ensuring good laboratory practice.
Execute and implement potato and banana breeding materials and establish them for further propagation.
Plantlet hardening and safe transportation to the production field.
Maintain liaison with concerned authorities of government and non-government authorities.
