Candidates with experience in the frozen food and ice cream industries will be given preference.
Practical experience in GMP, GHP, and GLP will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect raw materials and packaging samples from the unloading area in coordination with the QA Officer.
Collect semi-Finished Goods or Finished Goods samples from the production floor in coordination with the QA Officer.
Maintain sample collection instructions and schedules as directed by the QA Officer.
Collect data to maintain daily sample logs, records, and storage conditions as per the instructions of the QA Officer.
