Responsibilities & Context:
Record daily sales & bank receipt and provide to Management
Prepare and analyze monthly sales and collection report and provide Management
Prepare sales Invoice & challan according to sales order and process for delivery.
Monitor sales team’s daily activities and report to Management
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.
Ensuring the needs and expectations of key clients are met and exceeded.
Identifying opportunities to increase sales through up-selling and cross-selling within key accounts.
Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise from key clients.
Developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of key accounts.
Any other task assigned by management/supervisor
