Develop and implement strategies to drive new client acquisition and meet or exceed sales targets.
Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development to win new accounts.
Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
Revenue Growth and Account Expansion
Focus on achieving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling telemedicine packages and health solutions to existing clients.
Design tailored solutions that address client needs and align with CliniCall’s product offerings.
Regularly assess client needs to identify opportunities for expanding business within existing accounts.
Relationship Management for Retention and Growth
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to CliniCall’s services.
Address client concerns promptly and develop strategies to mitigate churn risks.
Market Research and Business Development
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Develop market-entry strategies for new territories and industries to expand CliniCall’s reach.

Strategic Planning for Key Accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies tailored to specific client needs.
